The first set of 2 computers were returned at my cost as verified defective, then the second 2 had the typical worn out hinges. Still waiting for a refund, still shipped at my cost. How they are still active on Amazon is amazing to me. these were not purchased as used units, but represented as properly serviced ready for work... Steve
